Email already exists error

This error means that this email is already linked to an Inclusion program seat. This can occur if:

  • A user’s email is registered with another company’s Inclusion Program account. You may need to register the user with a different email to add them to your group’s Inclusion Program account.
  • They already have a seat assigned to them. You can find the user’s email via the search bar on the Users page.
