I have invited a user but they can’t log in

  1. When you invite a user, they will automatically receive an email to login and create a password. If they did not receive this email, please make sure they check their spam folder.
  2. Please make sure that the email you assigned the invite to is correct, and that they are trying to log in with the same email. You can check the email linked to their seat in the Manage Users page. Check for typos in the email address and also note that email addresses are case sensitive - my.name@email.com will be treated differently to My.Name@email.com
  3. The user may be using the wrong password. Please reset the password to ensure this is not the problem. 
  4. Please ensure that caps lock is off. 
  5. If the user has not started the course yet, please delete the user and assign the seat again.
  6. If all the above fails, please lodge a support request via this form and we will fix it as soon as possible.
