Please ensure that the CSV file you are uploading has the correct column titles. Your CSV file must have 3 columns, with the following titles: given_names, family_name, email. If your titles are different our system may read it as an error.
Check for blank rows at the end of your CSV.
Check for whitespace (blank characters) before and after column text.
