I can’t log in

  1. When your email is assigned a seat, you will automatically receive an email to login and create your password. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
  2. Make sure that the email you registered with is correct, and that you are trying to log in with the same email. Email addresses are case sensitive.
  3. You may be using the wrong password. Please reset the password to ensure this is not the problem. 
  4. Please ensure that caps lock is off.
