Inviting Users

To provide someone with access to the training you need to invite them to register. Once they have completed this process they will be assigned a Seat.


Viewing Invited Users


Every user you have invited will be displayed in a single list, with the status of their invite and the date they were most recently sent an invite.


Invite Status

Created

When an invite is 'Created',  the invite has been created via 'Add Users' but the invite has not been emailed to the user yet.

Invited

When an invite is 'Invited',  a user has received the invite via email but has not taken any action yet, such as clicking on the button in the email to finish registration. They will occupy a seat in your plan when they are in this state.

Attempted

When an invite is 'Attempted',  a user has received the invite via email and attempted to complete registration but there was an issue either creating the user or adding the created user to the company. In this case, you can try and send the invite again via 'Resend'.

Registered

When an invite is 'Registered',  a user has received the invite via email successfully completed registration. They will now occupy a seat and be able to access the training.
