To delete a user, you'll have to go into the Profile of the user that you want to delete via the 'Users' section.
Click on the options menu (Three vertical dots) on the top right hand side of the screen, and select delete. This action will completely remove the user, freeing a seat.
(Note: This can only be done when a user has not started any of their courses. Once a user has started a course, they will not be able to be deleted.)
