We've had to implement some urgent security patches to our platform that mean the training platform running the Cultural Competence Program must be shut down.
As a customer, all your current users will be migrated across to our Inclusion Program training platform straight away and their login and password details will not be affected. The only change is in how we deliver the course materials.
If you are currently using our Inclusion Program portal (via https://portal.inclusion-program.com.au), you already have access.
The Cultural Competence Program is now comprised of two separate course modules, Core Inclusion and Culture. The content (videos, transcripts and learning outcomes) remains almost identical, apart from a few upgrades to videos, but the way you progress through the courses is going to change. Our Inclusion Program platform is compliant with much higher security standards, as well as reaching WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and includes many performance upgrades.
Due to this change, some users that have made progress will unfortunately lose their position in the Cultural Competence Course. Due to technical constraints, this must occur and there is no way to avoid it.
