This error means that this email is already linked to an Inclusion program license. This can occur if:
- A user’s email is registered with another company’s Inclusion account. You may need to register the user with a different email to add them to your group’s Inclusion program account.
- They already have a license assigned to them. You can find the user’s email via the search bar on the Manage Users page.
